Alba Capital at Superreturns Emerging Markets 2018

Alba participated in two panels at Superreturns Emerging Markets 2018 held at Amsterdam.

First panel was about spin-offs and first time funds where three private equity firms from different geographies introduced their case for investing in their regions. Beyond Argentina and Uruguay represented by Alba, a private equity firm focusing on Eastern Africa and another one covering Sri Lanka made their case about their funds and region. Subsequently, a panel of LP's provided their feedback on the opportunities.

Second panel was about markets to watch, where three panelists had seven minutes each to separately discuss about the merits of investing in Ukraine, Colombia and Peru and Argentina and Uruguay. Alba's presentation is on the Research section of this website.
