Guillermo Lanusse
​
Guillermo Lanusse has a history of driving growth at diverse corporations in different industries and under varying roles. He currently acts as a personal investor in multiple industries, being Fuegian, a local craft beer manufacturer, his most recent investment.
Prior to ALBA, Guillermo acted as CFO and Executive Director at LoJack Argentina, dramatically triggering a 25X revenue growth in 10 years. Mr Lanusse also worked for ALL, a logistics company in Brazil, and YPF, Argentina's largest energy company.

Mr. Lanusse holds a business administration and accounting degree from Universidad Católica Argentina and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Juan Lucena Maguire
​
Juan Lucena Maguire has 20 years of private equity expertise. Prior to Alba, he served as Managing Director of Alothon Group LLC where he was responsible for sourcing, monitoring and exiting private equity transactions. Before Alothon, he was a Director in Deutsche Bank's Latin America Private Equity Group, which he joined in 1997.
At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Lucena was responsible for the origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of private equity investments in Argentina and other countries in Latin America.

Mr. Lucena holds a B.S. from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Mario Santarelli
​
Mario Santarelli has more than 20 years of experience holding different management positions in Argentina. Prior to Alba, he was CFO at Grupo Medanito, an argentine diversified energy enterprise owned by a local group and the IFC (The International Finance Corporation). In his role as CFO, Medanito has grown organically and inorganically through acquisitions.

Before Medanito Mr. Santarelli was a General Manager at The Investment Company and also worked in the Private Equity Industry holding a Senior Investment Officer position in the Perez Companc Family Group.

Mr. Santarelli holds a B.S. from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business.
